On The Lash Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and in full. These terms and conditions are to be abided at all times and by all clients in order to book appointments at On The Lash.
Your First visit to On the Lash & Client Information
Please allow extra time on your first visit in order to fill out the relevant consultation forms and for patch tests to be carried out where required. When booking for the first time at On The Lash you will be required to provide your full name and contact telephone number along with your non-refundable booking fee in order to book and secure your appointment. You will receive a courtesy text the day before your appointment as a gentle reminder. It is your responsibility to ensure the details you have provided are correct and should any of the details change you must inform your therapist so to update your details. All information and records are kept in accordance to the Data Protection act 1998 and are only for the purpose of recording your relevant treatments. Your information will not be passed to any third party.
All appointments are booked back to back. Please arrive promptly to your appointment in order to receive the full time of your treatment.
Late arrivals will have the time deduced from their treatment time.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes are classed as a no show to the booked appointment and will be charged the no show fee (please see cancellation policy below). You will be required to re-book your appointment and pay your non-refundable booking fee again to secure the appointment.
Guests & Visitors
Due to health and safety children are not allowed in the salon. This is to protect the child and the salon. Due to the size of the salon On The Lash cannot accommodate for any extra visitors attending an appointment with a client. Certain treatments take up to 3 hours to perform and it isn’t suitable for friends and family to be present during procedure.
By law, some of the treatments I provide require patch tests 24 or 48 hours before your treatment. If you have not been to On The Lash before for tinting, eye treatments, extensions & LVL Lashes then you WILL require a patch test. If I change brands or products then I shall contact you for a new patch test. When booking your appointment your patch test appointment must also be booked at the same time.
No Patch Test – No Treatments – No Exceptions!
Payments are to be in cash or card payments or cheques. I will accept bank transfers – but these must be completed prior to your treatment. You must pay for your treatment in full before leaving the salon.
Gift vouchers have a 6-month life and must be used before the expiry date and cannot be extended. If the voucher is a part of a special offer for a particular treatment this cannot be transferred to another treatment.
Non-Refundable booking fee
These apply to new client’s, appointments over 2 hours and all eyelash treatments. You will be required to pay 50% of your treatment price on the day of booking to secure your appointment. Without this payment, your appointment will not be booked and you’ll be at risk of losing the desired appointment. This payment will be deducted from the treatment price on the day you come for your appointment. Non-refundable booking fees are not refundable, however if you should choose to rearrange your appointment your booking fee can be transferred. You must give 48-hour notice in order for non-refundable booking fee to be transferred.
If you are unable to keep your appointment then please ensure you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your treatment price and must be paid by ether bank transfer or pop into salon to pay within 48 hours. If you do not turn up to your scheduled appointment and or do not make Georgina aware, then you are also required to pay the full amount of your treatment, chargeable to current price rates. Failure to pay this within 48 hours you shall receive an invoice via email or post requesting payment within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Failure to pay this fee can result in small claims court proceedings.
Payments can be made in the salon or by balance transfer.
*Please note if you do not show for your appointment you will need to pay for any future appointments in full upon booking. If you miss more than 1 appointment we will be unable to accommodate you for any future appointments*
